Environmental Impact Assessment for Queen Alia International Airport Expansion, Rehabilitation and Operation, Jordan

ECO Consult was commissioned by Airport International Group (AIG) to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) on the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of the Queen Alia International Airport in accordance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) guidelines and requirements. The EMP identified all issues of concern, their potential impacts, mitigation and monitoring of those impacts during the construction, operation and demolition phases of the project. In addition, the EMP defined all current and future liabilities on all issues of concern. A separate baseline report that discussed all existing conditions within Queen Alia International Airport, identified all liabilities, and defined all responsible parties.
